Answer: Introduction This study deals with understanding the importance of well-designed organization at workplace. In this particular assignment, detailed investigation is conducted for bringing out real issues behind poor-organizational structure at the same time. Concept of Well-designed organization Well-designed organization gives employees healthy work environment for showing their skills and expertise. Business requires proper organization structure for attainment of future profits. Designing organization structure helps top management in identification of talent for adding up in the business enterprise (Sorge, 2012). Well-designed organization looks as a planned structure whereby enough human resources are present with the company for accomplishment of future goals. Each person has job description that mainly outlines duties as well as job occupancy on matters relating to own position in the organization chart. Employees feeling while working at well-designed organization Employees enjoy working in well-designed organization whereby each plan of action is intimated beforehand. This type of organization will encourage transparent communication whereby employees are free to express their views and grievances against the company. Positive informational flow is an essential way for attainment of success within an organization (Daft, 2012). Well-designed organization structure inculcates individuals as well as departments for coordinating their efforts in proper lines of communication in building structure. Issues related to poor-designed organization Poor-designed organization leads to miscommunication, as people might not be sure regarding information and sending important messages. Poor organizational skills bring hindrance in productivity. Addition to that, poor-designed organization lacks essential time management skills that are required for prioritizing assignments. Poor-designed organization faces certain issues like poor managerial skills, poor communication as well as poor strategic management.
